If you are in the market to buy a Bulgarian property, we strongly recommend coming to look at all your available options. Much of our stock changes quickly and many properties have yet to be photographed or uploaded, you will always find there is more choice on the ground and we will find a better fit for you once we have understood your requirements face to face. There is no better or more secure way to select a property than seeing it in the flesh.
We are happy to show you as many properties as you would like, without any charge* or obligation. Your viewing can start from your hotel lobby or from the airport arrivals lounge, we will come to you and are happy to meet wherever is most convenient.
You can rest assured that we will provide staff who speak your language. No translators, just our team who have known the market for years and can advise on life in Bulgarian as much as they can property specifics.
Should you find a property of interest and would like questions answered, we deal with all vendors directly; no middlemen or re-representation, as such we can get the answers you need straightaway and in your language.
If you find a property that needs repair, extension or building work, we own a licensed building company within the New Estate Group and will be able to representatives to site to prepare a fixed quote for you. As such, with us you will never need to consider placing a deposit or reserving a property without knowing exactly what is involved from the start.
