The village of St. Vlasor as it is known in Bulgarian Sveti Vlas is located about 4 kms from the biggest Bulgarian seaside resort Sunny Beach, 9 kms from the historical town of Nessebar and 30 kms from Bourgas. It is part of the Ravda, Nessebar, Sunny Beach and St Vlas Bay and with its modern marina and the recently built 5 star developments, the village can be classed as the up market part of the resort conglomerate.

St. Vlas is a town from 2006, and is located in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria. Its population is about 4000 people. The town is part of the Nessebar municipality and Bourgas district. It is located at the foot of The Balkan Mountains, right in front of the beach coast line, offering a unique combination of marine climate and forest freshness.

The climate of St Vlas is known to be favorable for treatment and prevention of different cases of pulmonary and respiratory diseases.

The village gains its current popularity with the development of the luxurious Dinevi resort. The core resort finished in 2008 consists of several high class apartment complexes and a modern marina for 200 yachts. Since 2008 about 100 more complete of different classes have been completed and added to the resort
