The studio is located in Sea Fort Club complex, which is a part of Grand Resort. It comprises a living room with folding sofa and kitchenette, bathroom, entry hall and a terrace with sea view. The studio is furnished and air-conditioned.

The complexes Sea Fort, Imperial Fort Club and Crown Fort Club are located between the town of Saint Vlas and Elenite, right next to a lovely secluded beach, full of natural beauty and offer a magnificent breath taking sea view and an exceptional combination of mountain and sea air. All the apartments have an exclusive panorama view of the whole Sunny Beach Bay. T

These three complexes are forming the forest part of the GRAND RESORT. They are completed and Act 16 is issued.
