The villa is situated in a gated villa complex "Velika Gardens"  in the famous Lozenec Village.

The villa is Fully furnished and cosists of living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a big 14 sq. m balcony.

The villa has great panoramic sea and mountain views and is just a short stroll (10 minutes) from the main golden sandy beaches of Lozenets and just 5 minutes walk in to the town.

Lozenets is located at the foothills of Bulgaria's largest national park - Stranja. The village is famous for it's clear blue seas and clean beaches.

Local activities include many water sports, cycling, walking, boat trips and safaris in the National Park.
