Although the apartment is 9 years old now it is practically brand new and only been slept in 3 times.  It is fully furnished with all kitchen equipment and double bed/bedroom furniture.  It is a 10 minute walk into either Sveti Vlas or Sunny Beach so ideally situated in the middle.
