Sunny Beach office is open for business - come meet us face to face

Summer weather has officially arrived and along with it plenty of Russian property buyers. Sunny Beach has once again sprung back to life and seemingly even busier than before with official data of tourist arrivals in Bourgas showing a 10% increase on 2013.

Bulgaria's embassy in Kiev has reported 6 hours of queues for visas as Ukrainians head west rather than east this year. However, with the Ukrainian-Russian border blocked there is a clear lack of Russian plated vehicles (which typically dominate the streets), those who typically drive are this year opting to fly. In any case, the volume of holidaymakers is clear and it looks set to be a successful season.
