Russia's BN TV begins filming for NewEstate's next episode, to be viewed by 500,000 Russian property seekers.
New Estate has embarked upon the next stage of its TV media campaign with another episode produced by Russia’s BN TV set to feature the Varna region. Typically less marketed to the Russian demand and in need of greater attention, a full spectrum of Varna region property offers will be feature in this episode. These will include: the Thracian Cliffs Golf Resort, Varna city centre, Golden Sands, Balchik and an example of a traditional villa in a surrounding village.
Audiences in excess of 500,000 are expected to watch, which represents great exposure for vendors listing their properties with NewEstate. Filming is set to begin on Friday 18th September and finish the following week. The program will be aired in mid October just before the St Petersburg property exhibition where we hope viewers will come to meet us.
Varna has not seen the same level of revival as other areas such as Sunny Beach, St Vlas or Ravda, as such we hope that more media spotlight will help bring its offerings to the attention of buyers who are genuinely better suited to the Varna region. In 2005, Varna was by far the most desirable destination for property buyers, generally buyers were deterred only by the justified higher prices and opt to buy elsewhere for financial reasons. Yet, the charm of the city, the plethora of secret wild beaches, the lower prices and the undisturbed Bulgarian culture all remain intact. Marketing will help make buyers more aware of these major pull factors and for them to see the value of this area is not just about the asking prices.
