Our new fleet of branded vehicles

NewEsate has invested in a new fleet of branded vehicles we fondly refer to as ‘rent collectors’. These locally produced cars run on gas and buzz around the city collecting rent from our 350+ tenants. As part of our continued effort to further establish our brand in the local market, we hope the new cars become noticeable in Sofia making us more recognisable to tenants and buyers alike.

If you have a property in Sofia or Varna and would like to rent it all year round to full time residential tenants, please contact us to discuss your options. If you have an unfurnished or unfinished property, we will gladly cover the cost of the necessary work and then recoup from the rental income once we place a tenant.
