New Estate teams up with Zoopla and Primelocation

In a bid to expand our advertising and marketing reach, New Estate has returned to advertising on Primeloction in the UK as well as online property giant Zoopla. Our listings will now appear throughout the UK market in English in an effort to attract attention of the small (but growing) number of UK buyers considering Bulgarian property. Still highly focussed on the Russian market for the vast majority of sales, we are now also compressively covering the UK and hope for a return of British interest in Bulgarian property.

Vendors dubious of the much discussed Russian demand can now rest assured that they will have exposure at home and abroad, thus by listing with us stand the very best chance of finding a buyer regardless of the language they speak.
