New Bansko office open from 1st December 2014

NewEstate is proud to announce the opening of our 5^th office: from 1^st December we will be fully operational in the ski resort of Bansko, with permanent staff and vehicles based there for the season. With an ever-growing portfolio of rental properties in the region it has become imperative to be on hand 24/7, as such we have invested into local infrastructure to promptly and efficiently manage your property and your tenants.

'Bansko is improving' So far the 2014-2015 ski season looks to be getting off to the perfect start with an early dusting of snow and further dumps likely in early December. Bansko is improving, signs of progress and increased activity are clear: more finished roads, less inoperable complexes and a greater volume of out of season visitors. The past six months have seen a slight upturn in sales activity and we hope this is the start of a much needed recovery trend. Prices remain unchanged, but the chance to sell now looks improved.
