We are often asked if we believe now is the optimum time to sell a property in Bulgaria if considering to do so over the next couple of years. Naturally no one has a crystal ball and it is as much luck as it is skill in guessing the future market conditions. However, the Pound remains weak against the Euros and for all owners of Bulgarian property this means significantly more Pounds today for your Euros investment than you might have got a year ago, or might get a year from now.
