Due to the increased demand from Irish owners wishing to sell Bulgarian property, NewEstate has launched an Irish telephone number allowing clients to contact its offices in London, Sofia and Varna at local rates. This is the first step of NewEstate’s Irish expansion plans, which will involve a Dublin office later in 2012.

Almost a third of all vendor enquiries now come from Ireland, with the majority still being from the UK. As Bulgarian properties continue to drop in value more and more owners decide to sell whilst the current Russian demand still allows an exit. Prices are expected to drop further still in 2012.
